AllBio Ontology Workshop:

“Using web services for improved interoperability in bioinformatics”

October 3-5
Garching, (Munich) Germany

Over 3 days John Ison (EBI), Matus Kalas (UIB) and Steve Pettifer (UniMan) gave 17 participants from biology and bioinformatics an introduction into web services, ontologies for bioinformatics. The event was hosted by Guy Yachtav and Burkhard Rost at the Technische Universitaet Muenchen (TUM).
