10 Validation workshops (see below ‘Workshop topics’) took place during the last year of the project.
These workshops consisted of a data hack-a-thon session and a training session. During the data hack-a-thon session bioinformaticians and but mainly life scientists worked together to challenge some solutions AllBio worked out together with external scientists.
