AllBio will work with test cases the partners with help of external groups will define. Test cases will come from livestock, microbiology and plant research and describe complex bionformatics problems. AllBio will coordinate the present the solutions.

In July 2012 AllBio will publish a list of test cases and search for collaboration to solve them. in January 2013 during the “Open Bioinformatics Workshop: Evaluation of Test Cases” concrete approaches for there solution will be developed and interest groups will be formed to work them out.
