AllBio will work with Test Cases the partners will define with help of external groups. Test cases will come from livestock, microbiology and plant research and will describe complex bionformatics problems. AllBio will coordinate the solution of some Test cases present the solutions during dedicated events.

Soon a Test Case submission page will be published where you can submit your Test Case, a complex biological data analysis process you are involved in.

In July 2012 AllBio will publish a list of test cases and search for collaboration to solve them. In January 2013 during the “Open Bioinformatics Workshop: Evaluation of Test Cases” concrete approaches for there solution will be developed and interest groups will be formed to work them out.
